- It shall have Capacity as required of any of the following sizes-

- It shall have miniature self- contained fire suppression property made of composite material carried by self- adhesive substrate. It shall be designed using Nano technology with stored microcapsules that have a fire extinguishing agent.
- It shall be designed for use in indoor application/residential premises, for it can doze extinguishing agent releasing it in strictly limited amount, if necessary (when the operation temperature is reached).
- It shall provide support and secure electric wall sockets and switch boards, electrical distribution boxes, server racks and telephone switch boxes, raised floors & concealed electrical panels, temporary electrical installations.
- It shall get activate at the temperature between 120˚C± 5
- It shall have ambient/ operating temperatures of -40° C to +65° C
- It shall have a shelf life of 60 months from the date of application.
- It shall have gas composed of chemical FK5112perfluoro (2-methyl-3-pentanone).
- It shall act mainly for physical cooling, removing heat from the flame. It shall have extinguishing properties with very low volatility and low toxicity, with full saturation and chemically less harmful to humans and the environment.
Nano-fluorinated Ketones
- Synthetic organic materials are 1.6 times heavier than that of water and do not conduct electricity
- Rapidly changes from liquid to gaseous state to actively absorb the thermal energy of flame
- Non-toxic and safe for humans and the environment, it evaporates immediately without causing chemical reaction when extinguishing fire.
- Decomposes in the upper atmosphere by UV light and is gone within five days Nanotechnology
Insertion of nano digestive materials into polymer shell
- Applied with Microencapsulation Technology to insert liquid, gas, or solids into micro-capsules Microencapsulation(10~350㎛)
- Binder materials with strong resistance to foreign material penetration, automatic response to temperature, improves safety/flexibility
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Affix the sticker where there is risk of electrical fire i.e fuse board, battery boxes, UPS Cabinets, etc
Step 2: Fire Breaks out in the protected area
Step 3: Fire has flame contact with the sticker
Step 4: Sticker activates when heat reaches a preset temperature
Step 5: Extinguishing agent floods the protected area putting out the fire
